For the brand’s 10th anniversary, Cosmo planned and organized a total campaign titled “10 LOVE” and developed its campaign logo and visuals to be used throughout all stores, shoppers, sales promotion tools and product tags during the campaign. Especially the visual featured on the facade of Ginza flagship store became a topic among weekend pedestrian paradise shoppers. The campaign also involved collaboration projects with 10 celebrities which attracted much of the press’ attention. Collaboration Christmas cakes and T-shirts were created with the celebrities and sold to the pubic with part of the proceeds going to WWF as charity. The campaign proved to be very successful with sales and new customers increasing in all of the brand’s 6 stores nationwide along with increase in brand awareness.
